• Optional AI-powered suggestions via Vercel AI Gateway
• Export and sharing capabilities

User Responsibilities

When using the Service, you agree to:

• Use the Service for lawful purposes only
• Not attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Not use the Service to analyze content that violates any laws or third-party rights
• Not use automated systems to access the Service in an abusive manner

Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of any content you analyze using ReadabilityPro. We do not claim any rights to your content. All analysis is performed in your browser, and we do not store your content on our servers.

AI Features

When you choose to use AI-powered suggestions:

• Your content is sent to Vercel AI Gateway (using OpenAI gpt-5-nano model)
• You must provide explicit consent before using AI features
• AI suggestions are provided "as-is" and should be reviewed before use
• We are not responsible for the accuracy or appropriateness of AI-generated suggestions

Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Readability scores will be perfectly accurate for all use cases
• SEO recommendations will guarantee search engine rankings
• AI suggestions will be appropriate for your specific needs

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReadabilityPro and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Third-Party Services

The Service may link to or integrate with third-party services:

• Vercel AI Gateway for AI-powered suggestions
• Partner tools listed on our site

We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of third-party services.
